The Studio Pilates Reformer allows for customized workouts, thanks to easy
resistance adjustments, a 7-position footbar for quick and effortless incline
changes, removable shoulder rests, and detachable adjustable risers. Its
silent and smooth-gliding carriage provides comfort, anatomical support, and
a wide range of motion.

The height of the Studio Reformer by Alpha Pilates is higher than standard
Reformers, making it easier for Pilates instructors to manage. At the same
time, it facilitates access for patients and elderly practitioners, as
musculoskeletal conditions often make lower equipment more difficult to use.
The frame is narrower than traditional models, optimizing space efficiency
without affecting the carriage platform width.
