The Aluminium Reformer by Alpha Pilates is a user-friendly Pilates bed made
of lightweight aluminum alloy, ideal for studios with limited space, as it can be
stored upright quickly and easily, maximizing space efficiency.

Its features enable customized workouts, thanks to its effortless resistance
adjustment, rapid 4-position Footbar configuration, detachable shoulder rests,
and removable Risers. The carriage moves silently, providing comfort,
anatomical support, and a smooth, wide range of motion.

Its height is greater than standard Reformers, facilitating handling for Pilates
instructors while also making it easier for patients and elderly practitioners to
sit, as musculoskeletal conditions often make lower apparatuses challenging
to use. The frame is narrower than traditional models without affecting the
width of the carriage platform, optimizing studio space.

It is constructed from a sturdy aluminum profile, with solid beech wood joints
and a Standing Platform with a smooth finish.

For its manufacturing, we use state-of-the-art robotic electronic cutting
machines for absolute precision. Each production stage of Alpha Pilates
Systems’ equipment is supervised by experienced craftsmen to ensure
construction quality, following and meeting all high-quality manufacturing
standards dictated by the international ISO 9001:2015 certification held by our
company—for the frame, individual components, and essential parts such as
the springs.

Moving platform- carriage

The moving platform provides completely silent and smooth movement on 8
specially designed wheels.

Footbar

The footbar consists of a sturdy, stable, and user-friendly mechanism with 4
adjustable positions, made of inox stainless steel.

Metal components

The frame is constructed from aluminum, while the footbar is made of steel.

Shoulder Rests

The shoulder rest cushions are designed to embrace the shoulders, offering
comfort and anatomical support. Their base is detachable, allowing complete
removal, and they feature posts to keep the ropes off the floor.

Headrest

The anatomical headrest provides three adjustable positions for customized
cervical support.

Standing Platform

The standing platform of the Aluminium Reformer is made of beech wood with
a smooth finish and features a soft-textured anti-slip tape, ideal for barefoot
use.

Upholstery

The upholstery consists of high-durability antibacterial synthetic leather,
designed for intensive use, in black. Other color options are available. The
inner padding is made of a special high-density foam material to provide
comfort and anatomical support.

Handles

The double loop straps are made of high-quality cotton-textured material with
a fleece inner lining, ensuring comfort and a soft touch against the skin.

Springs

The springs provide different resistance levels and are made of durable
nickel-plated steel with conical ends and rotating hooks in different colors for
easy identification of tension levels.

All components used in the manufacturing of the Aluminium Reformer meet
the quality specifications dictated by the ISO 9001:2015 international
