The Alpha Barrel Arm Chair by Alpha Pilates Systems is an innovative Pilates apparatus that combines the benefits of the Ladder Barrel and the timeless Pilates Art Chair, offering a rich exercise repertoire to strengthen and improve the flexibility of the whole body.
It features solid beech wood ladder rungs and a barrel surface that concludes with a seat. In addition, with the optional extension of the Barrel Arm Chair Sitting Box, a large platform is created where the trainee can perform Pilates Cadillac Trapeze exercises.
The high-density orthopedic cushion made of EVA material provides comfort and support during training. The barrel’s wide range of motion adjusts and accommodates according to the specific needs and abilities of the trainee. The springs have two different tension levels and can be positioned in three different locations, allowing for a fully customized exercise experience. The barrel also includes a flat foot plate for added comfort while training.
