The Pilates Wall Ladder is a wooden Pilates ladder with springs that is wall-mounted. It is ideal for strengthening and stretching the limbs and also for suspending and lengthening the spine. The Pilates Wall Ladder is a unique piece of equipment that strengthens and stretches the entire body.

Saving space in your Pilates Studio, the Pilates Wall Ladder allows you to exercise using body weight to stretch the upper and lower limbs, perform torso suspension, and extend the spine. It combines the benefits of the classic Swedish Ladder with the valuable advantages of rehabilitation and strengthening that the Pilates method offers through the use of springs.

It is made entirely of solid beech wood with elegant lines and a smooth finish. The functions of the Pilates Wall Bar provide the possibility for fully customized exercise due to its 6 long and short springs of different tension levels and their 10 optional positionings along the entire length of the Pilates Wall Bar. Furthermore, the Roll down bar and 11 wooden horizontal rungs of the Stall Bars, along with an extended bar for dynamic pull-ups and an adjustable and detachable anatomical back cushion (offered as an option), provide the trainee with the opportunity for a supplementary exercise repertoire.
