ELEMENTS Roll Handles are designed to make your training more comfortable, safe, and effective. Using roll handles instead of loops allows you to focus fully on your arm alignment, strength, and movement without the distraction of chafing.

Our handles feature a spongy foam coating made from rubber polymer. Thick enough to provide a cushioned “sinking-in” sensation, yet thin enough to deliver firm feedback from the roll base — offering the perfect balance of comfort and control.

Roll Handles are:
