Wunda Chair

The Pilates Chair is one of the most well-known and timeless Pilates apparatus inspired by Joseph Pilates. It is one of the smallest Pilates apparatus and offers the most demanding exercise repertoire for balance and strength. The Pilates Chair is one of the favorite apparatus used in the Pilates method and it provides a rich exercise repertoire for training all muscle groups.

The Wunda Chair by Alpha Pilates Systems is made of birch wood, while its metal parts are crafted from stainless steel. The large platform’s cushion is made of high-density EVA material that provides comfort and anatomical support during training.

In addition to its basic single pedal edition, there is also an option for a double pedal version. The Combo Chair consists of two split pedals that can be united as one with a wooden bar and features two handles of adjustable height for more exercises. It contains four springs with two different tension levels.

The Cactus system makes changing springs simple and quick, while providing 16 different degrees of tension levels for fully personalized training.
